1. The Variety and Size
Walt Disney World is the size of San Francisco, California with 4 parks, 2 water parks, a shopping district, and more than 20 on property resorts. Disneyland is nowhere near this outstanding size. Plus, a bigger size means more room for attractions and expansions.
2. Recreational Activities
Parasailing, boat and bicycle rentals, golfing, fishing, horse-drawn carriage rides, and more are available at the Walt Disney World Resort. Who doesn't love a day on the water or a romantic carriage ride at Disney?
3. Restaurants
There's nothing better than royal princess dining in Fantasyland, eating a delicious harvest feast hosted by Chip and Dale, or traveling back in time at the 50's Prime Time Cafe to eat the most wonderful fried chicken you will ever taste.
4. Resorts
Value, moderate, deluxe: take your pick. Each resort has a different story, and you could spend an entire day at one without getting bored. Want to stay in a Hawaiian village? Look no further than Disney's Polynesian Resort. What about sleeping at Pride Rock with Simba? Disney's Art of Animation Resort will help you with that one. There are 25 resorts to choose from, and you can't go wrong with any of them.
